We are located just north of downtown Orlando in Winter Park at the corner of Fairbanks Avenue and New York Avenue, one block west of Park Avenue. See a map of our location below.
Free parking is available in our shared parking lot, with an additional overflow lot located across New York Avenue behind PNC Bank. More information on overflow parking is below. Our indoor dining room seats approximately 110 guests. Free WiFi is available. Our entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

Free parking for our guests is available in either the large private parking lot outside of our front door (accessible from Fairbanks Avenue) or the smaller lot off of New York Avenue. Both lots are reserved for Winter Park Plaza use only, which includes Ethos!
Tip: If you will be headed west on Fairbanks after leaving our restaurant, you will find it easiest to park in the New York lot and then make your left onto Fairbanks at the traffic light at Fairbanks and New York.
While parking is plentiful, we do share the lot with the other tenants of Winter Park Plaza. On occasion our lots will fill up due to high demand or nearby events. In addition to street parking on side streets, the City of Winter Park provides a number of public parking lots nearby. A map provided by the City of Winter Park shows each of the available parking areas:

On this map Ethos is located at the lower left hand corner of the page, at the intersection of Fairbanks and New York.
In the event you find yourself without a spot in either of our lots, we recommend parking at Winter Park City Hall, which offers free three-hour parking on Saturday and Sunday, and can be accessed from Comstock Avenue between New York and Park Avenues, one half block northeast of us. Walking from this lot to our front door is a distance of one-quarter mile.
