Father's Day is Sunday, June 18th - treat Dad to Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner at our place! We'll be open with hours as usual, 9am to 11pm, with Brunch served from 9am to 3pm and our regular menu Noon to 11pm. As usual, reservations will not be accepted except for parties of eight or more; all other seating will be first come first serve. Happy Father's Day!

Florida Wildflower Foundation's mission is to enrich lives with native Florida wildflowers and they do so through a variety of programs, including education, outreach, and statewide planting and wildflower conservation projects. For those of you interesting in planting native wildflowers yourself, they also offer a variety of how-to resources for home gardeners on their website, including sources for seeds and plants.

Cinco de Mayo falls on Friday, May 5th, and we'll be celebrating with vegan Mexican food specials all day long! Stop by to enjoy vegan tacos and chickun fajita burritos. Plus, enjoy $1-off beers all day long! Cinco de Mayo also marks the return of Taco-Waco Wednesdays, when we feature our delicious three-taco special every Wednesday starting May 10th through the end of summer.

Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge & Education Center is our April 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, April 22nd, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause! Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge is a wildlife rescue which works to rehabilitate and release injured and orphaned Florida wildlife back into the wild. Their 20 acre facility in southeast Orlando serves both as a wildlife rehabilitation center and an educational experience open to the public, where 30+ non-releasable permanent wildlife residents known as "educational ambassadors" demonstrate the importance of respecting and preserving a natural environment for wildlife to thrive.

Orange Audubon Society is our March 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, March 25th, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause! The Orange Audubon Society is based in Maitland, Florida, and works to promote public interest and understanding of birds and wildlife and the environment critical to their existence. Their educational classes, field trips and outreach programs foster an appreciation of nature and encourage conservation both for Florida and the world at large. The Orange Audubon Society is a chapter of both the National Audubon Society and the Florida Audubon Society.

Meatout occurs on March 20th every year. Organized by the Farm Animal Rights Movement (FARM), the intent of Meatout is to encourage and help folks reduce the amount of meat they consume. In honor of Meatout 2017, why not introduce a friend or family member to vegan food by taking them out to eat at your favorite local vegan restaurant, or by cooking them a tasty vegan dinner at home? Your guest just might enjoy their vegan meal enough to eat meatless more often, and every meal makes a difference!
Saint Patrick's Day is Friday, March 17th, and we'll be celebrating with vegan Irish food specials all day long! Stop by to enjoy Kelly's vegan renditions of traditional Irish food favorites including Irish Stew, Bangers and Mash and Boxty. Plus, enjoy $1-Off Beers all day long!

Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center is our February 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, February 25th, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause! ADRC is dedicated to providing support and hope for Central Floridians caring for a loved one with a form of dementia. ADRC offers a variety of programs designed to provide a support network to caregivers, including education, coaching, referrals, caregiver wellness, and peer support groups.

We invite you to celebrate Valentine's Day with your sweetheart at Ethos! We'll have a Valentine's Day Dinner starting at 5pm on Tuesday, February 14th, featuring our Valentine's Chickun Cordon Bleu dinner special and a Framboise-laced chocolate raspberry mousse for dessert.
