March is here and the first day of spring is just around the corner! This month, some people will get excited about planting their gardens, and others will be excited about the college basketball tourney or MLB spring training. Some start to look forward to a summer vacation. And we love all of those things, too. But, here at Ethos, we get the most excited about Saint Patrick's Day!
Kelly's Irish ancestry and his love of simple, hearty foods make it a special treat each year for us to carefully prepare (and eat!) some of his Irish food favorites - all vegan, of course! Join us this year for Saint Paddy's on Saturday, March 17th, when we'll be featuring vegan Irish food and $1-Off beers from 5pm to Close.

Meatout!
Meatout occurs on March 20th every year. Organized by the Farm Animal Rights Movement (FARM), the intent of Meatout is to encourage and help folks reduce the amount of meat they consume. In honor of Meatout 2018, why not introduce a friend or family member to vegan food by taking them out to eat at your favorite local vegan restaurant, or by cooking them a tasty vegan dinner at home? Your guest just might enjoy their vegan meal enough to eat meatless more often, and every meal makes a difference!
