What: Ethos Halloween Party 2009
When: Saturday, October 31, 2009, 7pm to Midnight
Where: Outside on the patio
Cost: Free!
Halloween is one of our favorite holidays! Aside from the fun of costumes, tricks, treats and harvest-time foods, it's one of the few ancient holidays to survive our modern times with its traditional interpretations intact. To celebrate, we're throwing a Halloween Party traditional-style, complete with costumes, contests, games & prizes, fortune telling, and more! Please join us!
Activities
Costume Contest! Our panel of judges will present the costume awards at 10pm. Traditional costumes are encouraged - and, please - no vulgarity!
Carved Pumpkin Contest! Carve your pumpkin at home, and bring it in to compete! Awards will be presented at 10pm.
Live Music! Post Records is organizing the music, featuring live performances starting at 8pm by Jeff from Mumpsy, Dirty Dirt, Studebaker Hawk, Meneaters, and DJ Stranger.
Games & Prizes! As the evening progresses, the games will get more difficult, and possibly spookier... mwa ha ha ha ha!
Fortune Teller! See what the future holds... if you dare!
