Leaves Happy Fall ! We have several fall-time menu items available now: our delicious made-from-scratch Pumpkin Pie with gingerbread crust; soft-baked Pumpkin Cookies and Cranberry Spice Cookies in the bakery case; and Pumpkin Spice Pancakes during Brunch. From the bar, this is the perfect time of year to enjoy a Samuel Smith Organic Cider, Cranberry Mimosa, or our seasonal draft Midnight Autumn Maple, a dark imperial ale, from The Bruery. And, don't forget about our espresso drinks! This month, add a shot of pumpkin spice syrup to any espresso, latte, or cappuccino for +50¢. Decaf available!

Thanksgiving is almost here! Please note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. However, that doesn't mean you'll miss out on Kelly's delicious Thanksgiving Tofurkey!

Monday, November 20th through Wednesday, November 22nd we'll be running the Thanksgiving Plate special - oven-roasted Tofurkey complete with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Green Beans, and our tangy made-from-scratch Cranberry Sauce. Don't forget to finish your meal with a slice of our Gingerbread Crust Pumpkin Pie! More information on our Thanksgiving holiday hours and Thanksgiving take-away meal options can be found below.

We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for November: Karys Hensley has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and David Murray, Kyle Masury, and Chris Dobson have each won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. Second Harvest Food Bank 5% Day to Benefit Second Harvest Food Bank
In honor of Thanksgiving, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is our November 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, November 18th, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause! Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida works to fight hunger in the Central Florida area. In addition to direct distribution at their facilities, Second Harvest provides food items to more than 550 non-profit partner agencies in the six Central Florida counties for distribution to the hungry.

Adopt A Turkey Adopt-A-Turkey
Every year, we at Ethos "adopt" a Turkey for Thanksgiving, and you can, too! The annual Adopt-A-Turkey Project is a program of Farm Sanctuary, a non-profit that protects farm animals through rescue, education, and advocacy. Sponsoring a turkey costs just $35, and includes an adoption certificate with a full-color photo of your chosen bird. This year, we picked Bowie, an assertive male who loves to strut his stuff at Farm Sanctuary's Northern California shelter.

Cornucopia Thanksgiving is just around the corner! Whether you are attending a Thanksgiving dinner or hosting your own, we have Take-Away Thanksgiving options to suit your needs:

leaf •Our Take-Away Thanksgiving Feast is tofurkey with all the traditional fixings. At just $15.95 per serving, you can order enough for your entire Thanksgiving table, or, just one to accommodate the lone vegan or vegetarian in your group. Simply reheat in the oven and serve. Pre-order by 11pm on Saturday, November 18th for pickup between Monday, November 20th and Wednesday, November 22nd.
