Happy July! Our big news this month is the addition of new tables! With increased seating capacity, we expect to reduce wait time during busy hours, and also improve our ability to seat large parties. More info is below!

In other news, our three hard taco special is back for the summer, available all day each and every Wednesday now through the end of September. Enjoy them while you can! And be sure to vote online for Ethos and your other favorite local independent establishments in the second round of the Orlando Weekly's Best of Orlando readers' poll! Second round voting begins July 12th.

We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for July: Bryana Rodriguez has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Steven Clarke, Debbi Dickerson and Sam Gonzalez have each won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. Seating Expansion Complete

We are pleased to announce the addition of additional seating in the form of loose tables to our dining room! Although we had to remove some of our waiting area seating to make way for the new tables, this change will improve our ability to seat large parties and also reduce wait time for all guests during busy hours. As in the past, we will continue to accept courtesy reservations for groups of eight or more. To make a reservation for your group, please call us at 407-228-3898. Please note, we are unable to accept reservations by email!

Imagine Our Florida

5% Day to Benefit Imagine Our Florida

Imagine Our Florida is our July 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, July 22nd, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause! Imagine Our Florida is dedicated to preserving and protecting Florida's natural resources, wildlife, and land. The organization hopes to accomplish this goal through education and outreach designed to create appreciation for our natural world.

Cookies All of our Cookies are baked from scratch daily by our in-house bakers using our top secret recipe. We make our top seller Chocolate Chip cookies every day, and we have many other classic varieties in rotation too: Peanut Butter, Double Chocolate Chip, Coconut Cookie, and Oatmeal Raisin, to name a few. You can view the cookies we have available each day in the bakery case near the take-out counter.

Everybody has their own favorite. Laina's favorite is the Cowboy Cookie, a base dough of oats and coconut studded with pecans and chocolate chips. Kelly's favorite is a seasonal special, the Cherry Chocolate Chewie, which is similar to a Double Chocolate Chip, but with a softer base dough and dried cherries too. Our kids love the Snickerdoodles, a tangy sugar dough rolled in cinnamon sugar which bakes soft with a distinctive crinkled top. (They also go great with coffee!) Did you know you can add take-out cookies to your order while dining in? Just ask your server. Our cookies are also available by the dozen by special order with advance notice. You can't know which is your favorite until you've tried them all!
